Hi, I’m Jess — and I know what it’s like to be doing everything right and still not feel well.

Over the years, I’ve faced more health challenges than I could ever list: inflammation, autoimmune issues, a hysterectomy, high-risk pregnancy, caring for a very sick child, Lyme disease, sarcoidosis, endometriosis, gallbladder complications, NAFLD, and even sepsis.

I’ve spent thousands of dollars trying to find the right combination of specialists, meal plans, and supplements — chasing solutions that always felt just out of reach. It wasn’t until I realized that none of those things would ever work if my foundations weren’t in place that everything started to shift.

That was my turning point.

I stopped chasing and started rebuilding — with real food, simple habits, mineral support, movement, and nervous system care. And the results? Life-changing.

But here’s the part of my story I never expected…

Even with solid habits, deep nutrition knowledge, and decades in the wellness space, there were still things my body couldn’t fix on its own. My insulin sensitivity wasn’t great. My inflammation kept creeping back. My metabolism felt sluggish even with all the right inputs. And the food noise — the constant thinking about food — was exhausting.

What I Believe:

Healing begins when you get

back to basics.

You don’t need perfection — you need a path.

You are not broken — your body just needs support.

Whether you’re navigating chronic symptoms, burnout, or just feeling stuck, you're not alone —

and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.

True healing doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes, the greatest transformation begins when we get back to the basics.
